I ordered the wrong color and did not catch it until after it shipped. Can I make an exchange?

We will offer an exchange within 10 days. The product must be unused and in original product packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact customerservice@ready2fold.com with your order number and details to start the process.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept international orders.

Can I place hot containers on the stadium?

This is not designed to hold hot containers. Hot food can be placed inside room temperature containers and there will not be an issue.

Can I buy replacement pieces?

Replacement pieces will be available for purchase in our store soon.

How much weight can this hold?

The stadium was designed to hold all food and beverage weights. If you try to step on it, it will crush the structure.

Return/Warranty Policy

All sales are final, but we will replace any parts that suffer a manufacturer’s defect under our 10 day warranty terms. Send us your order number, a picture, and the part numbers affected to customerservice@ready2fold.com to start the warranty claim. We will confirm receipt, and ship the replacement pieces within 6 working days.
